Hey COJ lovers, I have not been posting for a few days. My grandmother passed away yesterday so A LOT has been going on. In memory of her, today’s post is a photo tribute! I loved my grandmother dearly, and she will be truly missed! I’m so glad my grandmother got to see the beginning of my career journey and me pursuing all of my dreams. She LOVED COJ and I’m so blessed that I was able to have such a dynamic woman in my life.

 This year I decided to be a little creative and go for a Cleopatra look. When researching my look I ran across an incredible picture of Tina Turner dressed up as Cleopatra herself! Instantly this picture became my inspiration for my look. Check out the pictures below, hopefully I can find my camera so I can post more!  I hope you had a a safe and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Meet the Truesdale family!  We had a BLAST at Morehouse-Spelman Homecoming 2009! Spelman and Morehouse pride runs in my family. My mom went to Spelman, Dad went to Morehouse. I go to Spelman, and Gerard (my brother) graduated from Morehouse in 2008. One more year for me, and I’m OUTTA THERE! Homecoming is always something I look forward to every year. There’s nothing like quality family time & supporting our schools!
