These couture pops are by Sugar Factory and they are completely all the rage right now! On February 14, the Sugar Factory opened its second Las Vegas location at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops. It was a very successful grand opening with starts including Mel B, Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson and Mike “The Situation” from Hit TV show Jersey Shore.
